Job description
We are looking for a Junior/Senior IT Technician to join the laboratory team for the management, maintenance and repair of multifunction printers and IT equipment. The candidate will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on printers, PCs and notebooks, install and configure peripherals and workstations, and carry out routine and extraordinary maintenance at customer sites and in the laboratory.
Main activities
- Repair and maintenance of printers and multifunction devices.
- Installation and configuration of PCs, notebooks and workstations.
- Hardware component replacement.
- Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues.
- Technical support to users.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of IT peripherals.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve faults.
- Good manual skills.
- Comfortable dealing with customers and working in a team.
